Our Speaker is Meredith Ratke, the founder of Caffeination Station and Torque
Fashion, two brands that blend creativity, community, and commerce. She launched Caffeination Station in May 2020 as a mobile coffee trailer in Muleshoe, Texas, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The concept quickly took off, gaining strong local support and recognition.
After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2021, Meredith relocated to Lubbock, where she brought her coffee trailer to a new market and launched Torque Fashion as an online boutique. As demand grew, Caffeination Station expanded beyond the trailer, and in December 2023, she opened the “Sip n Shop”—a unique combination coffee shop and women’s boutique that has become a local favorite.
Now five years into her entrepreneurial journey, Meredith is passionate about small business development, community engagement, and empowering others through fashion, coffee, and authentic connection.
