Marybeth has been the Hospital CEO for Oceans Behavioral Hospital of Lubbock since it opened 2 years ago. She has 30 years leadership experience with 20 years in healthcare. She is a graduate of Texas Tech where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1991 and her MBA in 2016. She is passionate about creating an engaged team of caregivers so that Oceans can deliver the highest quality mental healthcare possible.
