LisaBeth “LB” Thomas is recognized as one of Central Texas’ most creative forces, known for her award-winning ad campaigns, a video/movie producer, and motivational speaker. She’s the Founding President of Texas Women in Business and the Creative Visionary and Co-Founder of Not on Our Watch TX, a statewide initiative combating online child sexual exploitation and sextortion.
For 14 years, LB proudly wore the title of “Big Cheese” at the LBTJ Ad Agency, teaming up with Austin icons like Amy’s Ice Creams, Waterloo Icehouse, Freebirds, Mangia Pizza, and Precision Camera & Video. On the production side, she collaborated with the likes of Sandra Bullock, Robert Rodriguez, Miramax, Disney, HGTV, and ABC. Today, she runs Big Cheese TV and enjoys the luxury of working only with clients she genuinely likes.
She’s been honored as a “Woman of Influence” and featured in the Austin Business Journal for her leadership and the statewide impact of Texas Women in Business.
LB now calls Blanco, Texas home, where she lives with her partner David, two dogs, and an “outside cat” who decided indoor life is much better.
